Actually one of my immense frustrations about that book is that there is no ebook of it! Unlike my earlier publishers, who reverted the rights to me and enabled me to issue my own ebooks, WW Norton won't revert, and also won't put out an ebook. (The fact that I lurk here sometimes should tell you I really love reading electronically and think ebooks are great for writers.)

One of the reasons I'm so gung-ho about Bookshop is that indie stores have supported and sustained my career, and I don't mind giving up some things to support them back.

For me, as a reader, it's very frustrating not to have it available as an ebook. It's a shame the publisher will not revert it back to you.

My Library is currently in a climate-controlled storage in the U.S., where it (and I) patiently await my return...
