Anyone else remember the fuss over Paul Simon's Kodachrome? How the BBC banned it as a commercial endorsement while Eastman Kodak claimed it was an infringement? That Eastman Kodak rapidly did a U-turn when their legal department was informed that this was the best advertising that Kodak had received in decades and later used the song in an advertisement?
