I don't know what the law is here, but many supermarkets have a policy of if the price rings up wrong, you get 1 of those items free. I used to get a lot of free Jax cheese twists from Walmart, and Greek Pasta Salad from S&S.  |
In California, it is not STORE POLICY, it is the LAW. (Actually, it is the lower price or free. depends on the price rang. Does not apply to booze or smokes).
