Netgalley just changed their files from using ADE (.acsm) to Readium LCP (.lcpl). So now, there's no way for folks who have a Kobo to get their galleys on their device. It looks like DeDRM could remove the DRM for lcpl files on Readium 1.0, but not the more recent versions.

NetGalley changed the DRM because too many people have been giving out the eBooks they were not supposed to and they've ended up online.
One thing you could do a buy a Tolino Reader to read NetGalley eBooks.
