I'm trying to restore a Kindle Scribe 1st Gen 2024 to factory firmware after using WinterBreak. After I upload the Scribe firmware to the device and disconnect it from my PC, it says, Update Error an invalid update file has been loaded on your device... How can I reflash the device with the factory firmware? Firmware version is 5.17.2- that's the same as the firmware I downloaded from Amazon.
