so, weird data point: because I am impatient, I bought a second keyboard case, this time from e-reader.ca instead of Boox's HK warehouse. this one also exhibits the problem, but much less frequently than the first one -- like, because it's so infrequent, the keyboard is at least usable for me. I have absolutely no idea what to make of this. maybe it indicates a common manufacturing defect but of varying severity?
I have a Feedback case open with Boox about this but am curious if anyone else has gotten one of these and can report back on the incidence rate of this problem for them.
