What seasonings/marinade were used on your pork skewers? Greek souvlaki/kalamaki style? Ukrainian Patychky style? Thai Moo Ping style? Japanese yakitori/kushiyaki style? North American sprinkle some salt and pepper on the meat and whisper garlic and call it seasoned style? Inquiring minds are eager to know?
