From iFixit, the kit with the display, frame and tools is $99.99 US ($122.99 Cdn). I would recommend spending the extra $5 US/$6 Cdn to purchase the tools with the display/frame unless you happen to have a decent collection of tools around. Just picking up a Phillips #00, Torx T3 and Torx T5 bits locally would cost me more than the whole tool package.

Considerably more than any case I've purchased for an ereader.
