That looks like you didn't pre-cache the pages for the
Browser Cache Feature.
OTOH, if you usually use
open_pages_in_browser:true, and are on Mac, you might be seeing
this issue where apparently Mac doesn't want to let FFF/Calibre open URLs in browser.
