You cannot change file names in your calibre library - that is not possible and if you do it manually, you'll corrupt your library. But you can save your files elsewhere on your computer drive, outside Calibre, with the Save to Disk feature. And for this, you can change the template to whatever you want; go to Preferences -> Save to Disk -> Save template.
