Audible (and Amazon) are definitely trying to limit customer service to an automated chatbot. However, the last time I tried to reach Audible, I just kept clicking buttons and answering "no this did not answer my question" until it finally offered to connect me to a real person. It seems if you keep clicking long enough, it will realize you are not getting the help you need and escalate to a real person. But until then it's really frustrating. (Actually, it can be really frustrating once you reach a real person, too.)
