When I tried the CS Chat, there seemed to be only options for pre-programmed buttons, no actual Text box for ya know, chat!
I just spent/redeemed the credit for the longest runtime item on my wishlist to maximize, but maybe I'll try again on the next credit.
Has anyone had to use Audible CS on chat lately, does it actually work properly? Or is it my outdated system/browser not displaying correctly?
