I've figured out a round about way to get it done. This is on my Windows 10 64 bit PC.
I used Calibre to convert an epub to an RB. Then I used eBookwise Librarian to convert it to IMP. To get eBookwise Librarian to run correctly, I had to right click it in the start menu and select run as administrator. Once it had created the IMP, and after inserting a memory card in a card reader, I right clicked the new ebook and selected Export to Memory Card.
I need to find my registration key for eBookwise Librarian, it tells me it's a 7 day trial every time I launch it but still seems to run fine.
I still can't get it to connect via USB, the driver starts but it shows an exclamation mark in device manager. I don't see a way to run it as administrator.
