KOReader is no speed demon on the Verse Pro, but I find highlighting a lot less frustrating to use than the Pocketbook stock reader.
I also own a Kobo Clara 2E; highlighting in KOReader is significantly faster on the Clara 2E and the BW should be even faster than the 2E. If you're getting a Kobo, get the Clara BW like you discussed, the Clara 2E has a very buggy touch panel that makes highlighting a nightmare which is why I'm trying out the Pocketbook as a potential replacement (that and the page-turn buttons!). The BW shouldn't have the buggy touch panel that the 2E does as per the discussion I linked to. |
