Personally, I just add them to uk.ereaderiq.com rather than keeping a local list, but that's because I (currently) buy from Amazon.

Even though I buy mostly from Kobo, I haven't been able to find a Kobo-specific price tracker tool that provides the same functionality as eReaderIQ, so I continue to use that as well. There's usually an 80% chance that what's on sale on Amazon will be on sale on Kobo, anyway.
