Is there a reason that you are using an old version of calibre? 7.24.100 is the latest version.

Can you connect to the content server on the computer it is running on using either the IP address shown in the content server listening at: line or 127.0.0.1:<port number>? Note that quite a few modern browsers will require you to use the http:// prefix since they assume all connections are https://

When you open a command prompt and enter ipconfig /all on the command line and then hit enter, does it show more than 1 active IP address?
I cant connect to the content server on the computer thats runing it. Tried both ways and they both give me http erro 400. Command line only shows one active ip
