The Nook shows as a device in calibre on my older computer so I did try loading via calibre and via Windows Explorer on that, but no luck.

Tried the epub check already. Haven't tried epub to epub conversion yet. I gave up messing with it for the moment put it on my Kobo. I'd prefer to have it on my Nook though.

The book is the January issue of Uncanny Magazine. All the previous issues I have sideloaded (via Windows Explorer) without a problem.
