I have a question (I dont do anything on my device yet). It had a problem since afternoon. The device auto power off because i dont use in 1 hour, but I can not start it up, it's stuck at booting up and loop. I try to enter recovery mode, format factory, then it ok. After do init setup such as change language to english, change timezone, I try to poweroff, and it was stuck again. I dont know why? I use it normal in 1 month since I bought it. Current firmware is 3.5.4. Please help me.
