I sometimes feel like I am.
As to "why"? Because they weasel their way into your heart when you aren't looking, and even the worst days are good.
They respond to any act of kindness or attention.
And they give great hugs.
But right now, I"m sitting in my chair, freshly showered to get all the "cooties" off.....again, enjoying a blessedly childless quiet house.
