Please do not request Kobo firmware images multiple times. I prefer them to be done in this thread but I will accept some people wanting to use a private message. However people who use both are annoying.
As for those who want to use Visitor messages, those are a Very Bad Idea since there is no easy way to tell if the person sending the visitor message has PMs enabled and even if they have PMs enabled, it's a pain to get there from a visitor message.
