I also have trouble getting this to work on my
Kindle Paperwhite 11 Gen Signature Edition
with the Firmware Version 5.17.1.0.3 (just like the other people in this thread)
1. Installing WinterBreak works
2. Installing the Hotfix works
3. Installing Installing KUAL/MRPI does not work. If I follow every step and finally have to write ";log mrpi" into the searchbar, the screen goes white for some time, then resumes to the homescreen but then there is no KUAL book/app available. The only thing that I can find is a file called KPPMainAppV2_37XX...malbec_bellatrix-xxxxx-crash..."
It seems that this version and Kindle right now doesn't work with the suggested files?
I used the latest files from the suggested downloads, so
MRPI -> kual-mrinstaller-khf.tar.xz directly from the download button on the guide (2451 KB size from 01.10.2025 20:37)
KOAL (Coplate) -> KUAL-18b218e-20250103.tar
