Hi, first of all, thanks for ypur help in advance. Today I hard resetted my Kobo Clara HD, got the black screen "Restoring", and to my surprise, that was it. It got stuck there forever. I tried everything, to end nowhere, and finally decided to open it and release the SD Card. Following some guides from here and there, I downloaded an image (KoboRoot.tgz and 2 more files), and tried to burn it on my SD Card, but the kobo didn't got off the stuck..... In this process of trying several times, I made the mistake of pressing yes to one of Windows banners that appear when you insert the SDCard...
Now I have the SD completery erased, in format FAT32, and I don't know if there is a solution to this.....
