I'm now about 50 minutes into a test of one of the graphics cards on my main PC. It had been giving me blue screens of death for quite a while, but I was too busy working on the "big case" to pull the cards out and test them individually.

I finally got the time today (yahoo!!), and I'm hoping to have the testing done by the time I go to bed tonight. XFX has told me they will replace any graphics cards that turn out to be defective.

Also had a pleasant experience with Griffin Technologies today. The AT&T Store had sold me a new clip-on case for my iPhone. I really liked it, until I went to use the camera and discovered there was no hole in the back for the camera lens. So, I called Griffin and explained the problem, and they are sending me a new one -- with appropriate hole in it -- for free.

I got 415 pages of emails sent out to opposing counsel (in PDF format). I didn't go to the bother of doing all that much organization of them .... just like they didn't go through the bother of organizing the 250 plus pages of discovery they sent to me.

Also, got my (very mildly worded, for me) letter out to Amazon, and another one to another organization in which I am sorely disappointed.

Well now, that's interesting .... one hour in and I got a blue screen error message, but no blue screen. How ... odd.
