I just tried the https://fw.notmarek.com/khf/koreader/ link and it automatically downloaded the koreader-kindlehf-v2024.11-124-g82eaa0098_2025-01-03.targz file. Opened it with 7-Zip (right clicked, 7-Zip => open archive) and looked okay to me.
