I am new to this forum and I have the same problem as tekkasit, but with a Kindle Voyage:

When the Kindle is switched on, a pair of files is written every minute. The file names have the following patterns:
- Indexer_Dump_nnnnnnnnnnnnn.txt (approximately 90 KB in size)
- scanner_nnnnn_038-juno_1306_icewine_wario-373199.core (approximately 5 MB in size)
("n" stands for a digit)
I can open books, but because the error messages occur every minute, the Kindle's memory fills up quickly.
I have not yet carried out a factory reset. What can I do to get the Kindle working again?
