I used Marek's build for my PW4. You can download the file from Marek's site or use this link: https://fw.notmarek.com/khf/koreader/ to directly download the file. Please note the file extension is .targz so either use 7-Zip to open the file or rename the extension to .tar.gz to allow it to be opened.

This version seems to be newer than the one at Index of /download/nightly/ so I haven't tried to use the latest one from there.
