I'm not sure if it breaks anything but I made the same mistake and the following worked for me.
1) copy the following lines from \renameotabin\bin\restore.sh [open with a text editor]
cd /usr/bin
mv otaupd.bck otaupd
mv otav3.bck otav3
2) Open jb.sh from WinterBreak, scroll down to the end and paste the 3 lines right before "mntroot ro" located 4th line from the bottom. Save and close and run the first stage of Jailbreak and the issue should be fixed.
