I use Firefox so this may not apply to any other browsers (I don't know). But in Firefox you can turn the idiot Google AI "stuff" off. Just install the udm14 add-on.

As far as propaganda included in AI, it's not like the Chinese have a monopoly on it. Google is pretty good at it themselves.
