If the ePub reader supports Epub3 and it's video support, it's a fairly trivial task. Of course, that is also going to limit your potential customers to a very small fraction of the total number of ePub users.

And perhaps you could have been more specific in your question? What have you tried? What programs/devices have you attempted to playback video/audio content with? What video format are you trying to use? What is your level of familiarity with the HTML video tag?
