The 2 errors were caused by the following attributes, which are not allowed in epub2 books:

 value="..."

The easiest way to fix this is to convert your book to an epub3 book in Calibre via Polish Books > Upgrade book internals.

(Make sure to uncheck all other Polish options.)
If you're not the co-author of the book, please remove the attached file.
