Handle conversion of Scribe notebooks containing inline canvas annotations for reflowable books.

Extract metadata from compressed metadata.kfx files on e-ink Kindles as long as the DeDRM plugin is also installed. Fixes incorrect metadata shown for some books when in Device view.

Prevent failure when merging PDF resources in some books. (Fixes "pypdf PdfWriter error appending resource/rsrc37X: KeyError('/P')")
