Hello, I have a Kobo Clara HD (N249) and the screen got stucked and freezed (ie doesn't work anymore).
It would lovely to have access to PM to ask for a factory image.
ps. I asked the support of Kobo for that but they have been of any help for that!! Shame on them. I hope you can help me on that.
Thanks a lot for the wonderful work you do, you save so much money to people and saved wasted working ereaders to the trash!
