A complete rebuild, a thorough proofread, better cover, new title page, images are now better quality and slightly smaller in size.
One little note, the Norse Words section, seems to display the pronunciation markers different, dependent on what e-reader you're using. They are definitely coded correctly, so I think this may be a problem with the e-readers, rather than something I've done.
