I own a Kindle Basic 2 (SN: G000 K905) i've barely used since i bought it at a flea market, but afterall, it works... well... worked. I had few books in, like Borderlands, some PDFs and since this year, as i'm being forced to have a few trips by train, i read one full title for now (which is a lot in me

) being "The Blacktongue Thief" As i've finished reading it, i thought it was time to get another one in, so i "deleted" the old one, and sent "Fourth Wing" via Kindle App, along with some other titles. Things started to go down really fast:
On the first day, i sent Fourth Wing, along with a couple more, 9, to be exact. My Kindle's batt is dying, so i had it plugged until i had to go out, took my reader, got into my bag, and took a bus. When i tried to read, i found my books were there, but "unaccessible, please download". So i had to tether from my phone to read a few pages.
Came back home, and downloaded the full set... by the afternoon, they got "lost" from my Kindle (weird...)
So i took a different path, and sent the books via Calibre (Ol trusty Calibre)...
It did not worked, agian, books "self deleted" and Blacktongue Thief got back from the dead.
Deleted the book by hand, and i logged out from Amazon, and turned Airplane mode, just in case. Used Calibre once again. This time, worked!
Yesterday, i had 3 beautiful hours to read, but as i got my destination, my kindle rebooted, my books faded, and guess what? my old books came back.... AGAIN!
Asked on Reddit, and they adviced me to JB and install Koreader, but turns out, i can't even start the process because my device won't perform tasks like: Change language, factory reset, or even, the ";enter_demo" thing.
So, i'm here, begging for help, because i'm about to punch this thing at such speed the words inside the display will come out to IRL

R My kindle forgets books, has bad behavior, and won't listen to my commands, so i can't JB it
