New users sometimes have to suffer through an arbitrary number of posts before things stop being moderated. It's an anti-spam measure. Your reply has been manually approved (and you should be well on your way past the post count necessary to avoid auto-moderation).
Thanks for letting me know the beta installer works. Subsequent releases of Sigil will have this fix in place.
