Yep! And you may leave the sources selected. The choice to download or run the word count estimate is up to the user. So you either set that option right-clicking the Count Pages plugin button and going through that plugin customisation dialog (tab 'Other'), or just click the Estimate counts:

In your experience, which is the most accurate count? I'd assume having the book file itself scanned, but that's just a guess.
