Bluetooth LE working correctly is dependent on the exact frequency. That is dependent on the capacitive loading of the quartz crystal. I know that the Cypress BT modules have firmware programming of this, because I've calibrated them with help from GPS. I don't know if your BT is built into the Qualcomm SoC or whether it uses an external module.

This is a long-winded way to say that I don't know. BT is tricky.
