I had Cabot "Seriously Sharp" (white) cheddar on Wasa sourdough rye crackers with steamed fresh green beans.

I'm amazed that I never see or at least notice fresh green beans in my local supermarket. When I see them elsewhere I'm surprised and always grab them. I like the way they squeak when you bite off their heads!
