I've seen plenty of eBooks that have both a Kindle and an ePub version. That's not a problem.
I've also seen eBooks with just a Kind or just an ePub version. That's also not a problem.
However, if you are trying to download an ACSM file to your computer so you can get an ePub eBook, use your computer, not your phone. Using your phone can be a problem.
