Hello, I just got a Kindle Basic 7th generation but it has some issues..
I upgraded with the V5.12.2.2. firmware and I still have this problem :
The kindle works fine when plugged to my computer but it freezes as soon as I unplug it.
Even the on/off button doesn’t do anything, nor the 40sec hold…
Could it be the battery to be changed ??
