Hey folks, so I got another Kindle (the first one with 3G) to gift it for xmas. However, I can’t seem to get the jailbreak to work. After using the Resell Device option, the files needed for the jailbreak can be copied over without any issues, but nothing gets applied. The device simply restarts normally and the jailbreak files remain.

The firmware version is 5.16.2.1.1 (4097470002), serial number starts with G090G405. Airplane mode is activated both in the main and demo mode. Is there something special I have to do with the 3G version? Seal it hermetically? xD
