I've read some VE Schwab, and have others on the TBR pile. I rather suspect it's going to be like the Jeff Vandeermeer bundle a couple of months ago; we already had most of the bundle. The ones I did grab were the Valdemar and the October Daye/Incryptid bundles (although I had most of the October Daye series via various Hugo packets).
People in the US would have no idea if a Humble Bundle eBook bundle is US only or not. That would be up to someone outside of the US to say that it's not available. Then someone in the US can take a screen grab of all the covers and attach it.
