eBooks you can D&T can have the DRM removed and then the eBook can be converted to ePub. It's as simple as that. Same as ePub downloaded from Kobo can have the DRM removed and the ePub converted to KF8 or KFX for a Kindle.

All you need is calibre properly setup to do this.
