Streched image in landscape?

Hello, I do not understand why my images (comic panels in .CBZ format) are ALWAYS stretched landscape mode using a native Nickel reader:

As you can see, the speech bubble is cut, making the panel illegible.

Funnily, this is not an issue with Kooreader, as it has a precise fit-to-device option:

Is there any way to fix this landscape image view with the native Kobo reader?

I tested all the default options, but Kobo only offers a higher zoom.

I had the same issues on my Kobo Libra 2.
I have attached a sample-image.jpg used in the example above.
