Going by comments in the calibre forum, none of the 2024 Kindles using MTP allow access to the /system folder nevermind subfolders of that folder. It's not just an issue with the Colorsoft. Check the Devices subforum in the calibre forum for more information.

There was a 2004 Scribe? Wowsers!!!
