The Filter series column seems to be advertising rather than decently informative reviews. The Guardian is poor to totally inaccurate on technology in general.

Little or mention of UI, metadata, "mother ship" interaction, sideloading, PD such as Gutenberg, which for some is the reason for an ereader, 1000s of classic works out of print. The paper publishers have a tiny fraction of PD works, only the most famous.
