This BF could very well see the end of low prices for awhile. If proposed tariffs go into effect, count on seeing prices jacked up quite a bit. So now may be the time to get those items you've been putting off or may need in the near future.
So far, I've already picked up a new Chromebook. In the next few days, I'll be getting a new microwave and cellphone. That should tide me over for several more years.

I'd also suggest people stock up on everything they can to help cushion the blow from prices going up. Something a lot of people don't understand is that the tariffs will cause the price of
everything to go up, even stuff that's not directly hit by them. Companies will jack up their prices, pretend it's due to the tariffs/inflation and rake in record profits. That's what happened last time as well as during the inflation caused by the pandemic.
I went ahead and got a new dryer yesterday from a local place. Price on their cheapest one on sale was same as Black Friday deals elsewhere. Been without a dryer most of the year, was waiting until BF in hopes of them getting cheaper. Didn't get as cheap as I wanted, but I grabbed one now anyway.
