Amazon owns Woot.
Generally I'll only buy S/H gadgets etc from the local CEX store; typically they give 2 years warranty and do have Kindles (though IMO a bit overpriced, but not as badly as Apple stuff). Occasionally CEX has bargains. They offer a credit note when you return but have always given back cash / card refund is slightly pressed. Easier than local supermarkets for returns.
Buying from a local store means you can see it and also return instantly if Blacklisted or faulty.
