Well, not knowing what else to try, I reset my Libra back to factory default settings and set it up again. It still wouldn't connect with my home wifi, so I tried to connect using my phone as a hotspot, and that worked. I tried again with the home wifi, and it now worked. So, I have no idea what was going on, I just hope it keeps working!
