My two pet peeves regarding used electronics:
- A lack of clarity regarding what “refurbished” actually means
- A minuscule discount from the price of a new device
I wouldn’t buy used from a private seller; what’s your recourse?
Generally speaking, for me to buy used it would have to be at a honking huge discount. If something were cheap enough I might take a chance.
